Mr. Phang Man Hong, also known as Melvin 曾任职于本公司，负责马来西亚第二家园（Malaysia My Second Home / MM2H）相关业务。
自 2026年4月7日 起，Mr. Phang 已不再受雇于本公司，亦无权代表本公司处理任何业务。
Mr. Phang Man Hong, also known as Melvin was formerly employed by the Company and was involved in matters relating to the Malaysia My Second Home Programme (MM2H).
With effect from 7 April 2026, Mr. Phang is no longer employed by the Company and is not authorised to represent the Company in any matter.
自上述日期起，Mr. Phang 以个人名义进行的任何业务洽谈、客户联系、业务办理、收费、承诺、文件签署、文件提交、预约安排及其他相关行为，均属其个人行为，与本公司无关。本公司对此不予承认，亦不承担任何责任。
With effect from the above date, any business discussion, client communication, business arrangement, collection of payment, undertaking, signing of documents, submission of documents, appointment arrangement or any other related act carried out by Mr. Phang in his personal capacity shall be regarded as his personal act and shall have no connection with the Company. The Company does not recognise and shall not be liable for any such act.
本公司特别声明如下：
The Company further states as follows:
- Mr. Phang 已无权代表本公司接触、联系或服务任何客户、代理、合作伙伴或第三方；Mr. Phang is no longer authorised to approach, contact or serve any client, agent, business partner or third party on behalf of the Company;
- Mr. Phang 已无权代表本公司处理任何与马来西亚第二家园计划（MM2H）、移民局、马来西亚旅游、艺术及文化部（Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia / MOTAC）、签证申请、签证贴签、文件提交、预约安排或后续服务有关的事务；Mr. Phang is no longer authorised to handle any matter relating to the Malaysia My Second Home Programme (MM2H), immigration matters, the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC), visa applications, visa endorsement, submission of documents, appointment arrangements or after-sales services on behalf of the Company;
- Mr. Phang 已无权代表本公司收取任何款项，包括但不限于订金、服务费、政府费用、签证费用、手续费、代理费或其他任何形式的费用；Mr. Phang is no longer authorised to collect any payment on behalf of the Company, including but not limited to deposits, service fees, government fees, visa fees, handling fees, agent fees or any other form of payment;
- Mr. Phang 已无权以本公司名义作出任何报价、承诺、协议、安排、指示或确认；Mr. Phang is no longer authorised to issue any quotation, undertaking, agreement, arrangement, instruction or confirmation in the name of the Company;
- 任何客户、代理或合作伙伴如在上述日期后与 Mr. Phang 私下沟通、委托办理业务或支付任何款项，均属个人行为，本公司不予承认，亦不承担任何责任。Any private communication, business arrangement or payment made by any client, agent or business partner to Mr. Phang after the above date shall be regarded as a personal matter. The Company does not recognise and shall not be liable for the same.

To protect the interests of our clients and business partners, all communications, document submissions, visa arrangements and payment matters relating to the Company’s business must be verified through the Company’s official channels. Any payment must be made only to the Company’s designated bank account and shall be subject to the Company’s official receipt.

如任何人士未经本公司授权，以本公司名义开展业务、联系客户、处理事务或收取款项，本公司保留依法追究相关责任的权利。
If any person, without authorisation from the Company, carries out business, contacts clients, handles any matter or collects payment in the name of the Company, the Company reserves all rights to take legal action against the relevant party.
